All my details can be viewed on the right hand side on my vCard. You can download the vCard using the link provided and save my details to your computer, it will download my information straight to your address book.

Alternatively if you would like to speak with me in person you can use the MSN Link on the right which will show me as either Online or Offline, to use it just click the link follow the instructions, the Google Talk Link will also allow you to speak with me if I am online
